Roland "Rollie" Lachance Jr. is crew chief for the team. His 18 year career in racing has grown from crew member to crew chief and even to team co-owner. Lachance is always thinking about how to be more competitive, and his record proves it with 16 wins in his 11 years as crew chief in the Busch East Series. |
